What do you mean by Emergency Dental Services under this insurance? Emergency dental services refer to palliative treatments needed to stabilize and relieve severe pain or stop uncontrollable bleeding in the oral cavity. |

Do I need to make an appointment to visit the panel clinics/contracted providers? Please contact MSIG Complimentary Dental Assist and we will assist you in making an appointment with your preferred panel clinic/contracted provider. |

Is there any waiting period? There is no waiting period for emergency dental services. However, there is a waiting period of 90 days from the policy commencement date for the other benefits. |

Is pre-existing condition covered? Pre-existing conditions are not covered under this policy. |

What do you mean by pre-existing condition? Pre-existing conditions refer to any dental service received or condition you had been advised on or would have reasonably known that required treatment in the 12 months before the policy commencement date. |

How do I make a claim? For non-emergency dental services, please contact MSIG Complimentary Dental Assist at +65 3159 1614 before visiting a dentist. The claim procedures depend on whether you visit a panel clinic/contracted provider or a non-panel/out-of-contract provider for treatment. Panel clinic/contracted providers

This is a short-term accident and health policy and the insurer is not required to renew this policy. The insurer may terminate this policy by giving you thirty (30) days’ notice in writing.
You should consider carefully if you are intending to switch accident and health policies, as this might be detrimental to your current and/or future needs. You may wish to seek advice from a financial adviser before making a commitment to purchase this policy. In the event that you choose not to seek advice, you should carefully consider whether the policy is suitable for you. If you decide that this policy is not suitable after purchasing the policy, you may terminate the policy in accordance with the free-look provision.
